After a lot of self-reflection, I struggled to find out how to stand out and make a difference in this world, just like every other millennial. It took awhile to finally realize one thing: what was I doing, thinking so much about myself? I should be helping people with their challenges instead! I started to explore the idea of helping others online. I really wanted to start offering value beyond what was sitting inside my head.
I answered questions, provided advice, and joined in discussions about topics that were interesting and engaging. Everything from marketing, business and success, to health, nutrition and fitness. I learned a lot along the way. What I realize is countless people have found their passion but don’t know where to begin beyond telling their close circle of friends.
The reason why people don’t quit their 9-to-5 jobs is because they really don’t know where to start. They are creators, builders, artists, but not promoters of their passions. They don’t want to brag about that exceptional masterpiece they just created. Instead, they want to dabble with the next thing and never really share their work with the world.
How much brilliant art in this world is just sitting in the attics of our minds?
Then I realized that we always ask the question of whether we should quit our jobs, but many times we’re actually giving up on entrepreneurship, on creating that next thing. We see the barriers and high failure rates and decide it’s too much.
I don’t think it has to be that way.
That’s why my mission is to help people promote their passions.
Bloomberg says 8 out of 10 businesses crash and burn within 18 months. 80%! That’s quite a large number of people who gave up on their passions too early.
If I can help people push through, then maybe we can reduce this stat. Maybe my advice will be enough to help that artist continue painting or that accountant to continue their practice.
It’s easy to get discouraged when we look at the numbers. When you have someone holding you accountable, it’s much easier to stick through it.

I don’t know where to start.
The resources are endless to make any dream happen. By exploring and educating yourself on breaking through successfully, you will get there.
