Why cannoli, you might ask? It wasn’t until 2018 that I finally tried a cannoli. It was love at first sight. Needless to say, the cannoli is one of my favourite desserts now. It is tough to beat this creamy, delicious pastry.
Flying Cannoli was inspired by my trip to an incredible place in Langley called Cedarbrook Bakery. This is where I had my first-ever cannoli pastry, and I keep going back for more.
