Simple Workout

I do one set of strength exercises in the following order:

Yoga stretches
Bicep curls
Squats
Shoulder presses
Deadlifts
Dips
Bent-over row
Pushups
Side + front raises

Then I do one set of abdominal exercises:

Flutter kicks (close to floor)
Plank
Crunches
In-and-outs
Bicycle kicks
Overhead ball situp
Russian twist
Leg lower + raise
Mountain climbers
Woodchoppers
Side + star plank
